DEATH MARCH







 
WE TRAVELED JUST AN HOUR NORTH OF OUR HOUSE TO CABANATUAN. WE TAKE MY MOM TO SEE THE WWII MEMORIAL THERE. THIS MEMORIAL MARK THE POW CAMP THAT THE JAPANESE HOLD SOLDIERS OF WAR. THIS IS THE STARTING POINT OF THE DEATH MARCH. THE JAPANESE MARCH SOLDIERS FROM THIS CAMP SOUTH OF MANILA. TODAY AT TAKES US ABOUT FOUR AND HALF HOUR  TO DRIVE THAT DISTANCE THAT THIS BRAVE MEN WALK.
THE MEMORIAL HAS TWO BIG WALLS THAT ARE ENGRAVED WITH THE SOLDIERS NAMES. THERE WAS MOSTLY ARMY BUT THERE WERE SOME NAVY MEN.



CHURCH ANNIVERSARY

 WE CELEBRATED OUR FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY ON FEBRUARY 24. WE HELD A OUR SERVICE AT OUR HOUSE AS NORMAL. WE HAS PLAN TO HAVE ABOUT THIRTY PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE. THE LORD BLESSED US WITH OVER 69 PEOPLE. WE JUST HAD ENOUGH CHAIRS FOR EVERYONE TO SIT. THE KIDS AND I PUT TOGETHER SOME FOAM BLOCK AND SAT ON THE FLOOR OUTSIDE. WE HAD THIRTEEN KIDS. WE HAD A SPECIAL MUSIC BY SISTER ROSIE AND SISTER LULU. OUR SPECIAL SPEAKER WAS PASTOR CADANGAN, HE WAS THE PIONEERING MISSIONARY WHO STARTED GRACE BAPTIST CHURCH IN CAMA JUAN, SAN ANTONIO, NUEVA ECIJA IN 1986. HE BLESSED US WITH A GREAT MESSAGE. WE CONCLUDED THE CELEBRATION IN PRAYER. WE SERVED LUNCH TO ALL THE PEOPLE. OUR CHURCH LADIES AND MEN SUPPLIED US A DELICIOUS FOOD. EVERYONE  LEFT SPIRITUALLY AND PHYSICALLY FEED.
WE THANK GOD FOR ALL HIS BLESSINGS.
